Host Housing
A limited amount of host housing is available for CDC on a first-come, first-served basis.
To request host housing, please send an email to Debra at [email protected] with your full name and host housing in the subject line. Please include the following information in the body of your email message:
•Name of the primary adult contact
•Contact Phone Number
•Contact Email Address
•Number of Guests
•A breakdown of guest genders and ages (i.e. 2-adult females, 1-15 year old boy, etc.)
•Allergies
•Special arrangements or requirements (i.e. wheelchair access, etc.)
•Arrival and departure dates and times
After receiving your email, our host housing coordinator, Debra, will begin efforts to connect you to a host home. Please notify us immediately if any of the above provided information changes.
Host families are not responsible for meals or your transportation to and from the tournament.
