NOTE for those bringing non-competing students/younger siblings:

Please consider the following carefully while you decide whether or not to bring non-competing siblings.

The ONLY place for non-competing students to be during the full competition days on Friday and Saturday is the student lounge (this is also the dining room) or observing competition. On Thursday they will be in a different room as the student lounge will also be Parli prep. There is too much ground to cover outside and too many obscure "places" for younger siblings to be playing outside on their own (plus it will most likely be quite muddy, snowy and COLD). They may NOT be in their personal cabins during the day as these are being used for competition rooms.

We need all hands on deck for judging this tournament. As a parent your priority needs to be your tournament job (if you have one) and judging (many will be doing double duty) so your non-competing student needs to be self-sufficient and trusted to stay out of trouble in the student lounge.

Non-competing students who are 10-12 can apply to help with facilities if the parent is comfortable with them walking outside around the property on their own. It is a very safe mountain property and we will be the only occupants, but there is a full pool (for watering horses), horse stables, many rooms, etc so we don't want the younger ones just wandering on their own.
